Never apathy from me. Always a smile, a chat, and when I have coins in my pockets, some of those too. So many reasons a person ends up on the streets; I have time for them

I recently read a meme that read, “Any society that allows their fellow citizens to sleep on sidewalks and under bridges in the middle of winter while they spend BILLIONS on the largest military budget in history is a broken society.” I wholeheartedly agree.
